As long as your item is still in its original saleable condition, we will accept returns. If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being purchased, we will give you a full refund, in the exact procedure the item was purchased (excluding postage).

All items are checked for faults before sending them out. However, in the rare circumstance if you've received an item which is faulty, please fill in this return sheet, describing the fault. Once we have received the item, we will refund the full amount paid.
